We provide complete home inspections and WDO(pest and dry rot) inspections for both potential buyers and sellers of homes and condos.

For the buyer we perform a 2 to 3 hour inspection covering more than 1500 items. We provide the buyer with a fully computerized report including digital pictures. All of our inspections are performed per The American Society of Home Inspectors standards.  (www.ashi.org) Our reports give the buyer the knowledge to make an informed decision about their investment and more importantly peace of mind.

For the seller we offer the same state of the art inspection and report as we do for a buyer with a few added items. Along with the full report we will give the buyer 25 copies of a one page summary which can be left in the home for potential purchasers to review and take. Also we will hang a rider sign on the sale sign which states the home has been pre-inspected. This will give you a market advantage over the competition.
