1) A complete home inspection report
2) A WDO report(wood destroying organism) AKA pest and dry rot
3) 25 two sided summary reports to leave at home so prospective buyers can review them.
4) A rider sign is provided to be hung from Sale sign--stating home has been pre-inspected
5) A $50 discount off your next home inspection if it is within our service area. Clark, Cowlitz, Skamania, Pacific Counties.
6) We will always recommend that a prospective buyer have their own independent inspection however if they are satisified with our report we will do a walk thru inspection with them for a discounted fee of $150.

- Choose your own Qualified Inspector--rather than be at the mercy of the buyers choice of inspector
- The inspection can be completed at your convenience, not the buyers. Most importantly, not under the time constraints of the sale agreement's inspection contingencies
- We provide real estate rider signs. You can advertise that your home has already been inspected. Use this as a marketing advantage
- Should problems be evident, you can choose your own contractors or method of repair. This can remove over-inflated buyer procured estimates from any future negotiations
